Every spring since 1927 the Harlow family has gone to the sugarbush to produce some of the best Maple Syrup in southern Vermont. Forty gallons of pure maple sap go into making every gallon of maple syrup. Our Maple Syrup is carefully boiled down and packed hot in Gallon, Half Gallon, Quart, Pint and Half Pint containers. You may choose from three Grades of Maple Syrup. Fancy Grade (formerly known as Light Amber) is produced early in the season from first-run sap and is lighter in color, possessing a more subtle flavor. Medium and Dark Amber are progressively darker in color and with more pronounced maple flavor. Grade is strictly a matter of personal preference. Some folks prefer one grade; others prefer another.
